Participation in a Contemporary Art Market Reflecting on Food and Time

This project was created for the first edition of the Feira Livre de Arte Contemporânea (FLAC), held at Espaço 104 in Belo Horizonte. The products were designed for a temporary grocery store set up during the event, encouraging reflections on contemporary food practices.

Key Products:

• “Macarrão Fora Temer”: Letter-shaped pasta packaged to spell out “FORA TEMER,” combining humor with political commentary.
• “Geleia de Fruta Feia”: Jam made from perfectly good fruits that supermarkets would have otherwise discarded, promoting sustainability and reducing food waste.
• “Feijão do Tempo”: Bean plants grown in gourds, designed to raise awareness about the time and care required before food reaches the table.

This project combined art, food, and critical reflection, creating an engaging dialogue between consumers and contemporary food issues.
